- Online Events: For virtual events, you must have access to the required technology. Loop is not responsible for technical difficulties or disruptions outside of our control.
- Behavior: Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all events. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event or community.
Intellectual Property
- All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Loop or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission from Loop.
User Contributions

- Loop memberships requires payment. Fees are specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Loop reserves the right to modify pricing or fees at any time, with prior notice for existing members.

- Loop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or participation in events.
- Loop disclaims liability for disruptions, errors, or inaccuracies caused by third-party services or platforms used in conjunction with our offerings.
